Becoming a parent affects everyone differently, and how you feel can change from day to day. For some parents — yes, fathers too — this shows up as postpartum depression or postpartum anxiety. It can feel confusing, lonely, and hard to admit out loud.
While doctors can help with medication, they're often limited in the emotional support they can offer during this time. This is a safe place to share your concerns and fears, with no judgment and no shame.
We'll work with you to provide emotional support as we figure out, together, what you need — from yourself and from your support system — to navigate this new stage of life. There's no "right" way to feel, and no feeling that's too small or too big to bring here.
Our care is warm, trauma-informed, and paced entirely around you. We honor the enormous shift you're moving through, and help you find steadier ground.
If you're in crisis or thinking of harming yourself or your baby, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. You deserve immediate support, and help is available.
Whatever you're feeling is welcome here. Nothing you say will surprise or alarm us.

Perinatal and postpartum mood changes are far more common than most people realize, and they are not a reflection of your worth as a parent. Reaching out is a sign of strength — and these feelings are very treatable with support.
