Jessica Richards, MS, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor
Attachment & psychodynamic Children & families Neurodivergent affirming

For 19 years I've worked with children, parents, couples, and adults across educational and therapeutic settings. That depth in developmental psychology gives me a unique lens: I help clients connect today's challenges to the childhood experiences and unconscious beliefs beneath them. Identifying those repeating patterns can heal clients in a profound way.

I'm passionate about helping adults work through attachment wounds and childhood trauma — I think of it as helping my clients heal the children they once were, so they can live their best lives now.

As a neurodivergent clinician myself, I'm deeply invested in neurodivergent-affirming care — including how neurodivergence shapes couples and families. Therapy can look different for different people, and I'll meet you where you are.

Credentials: MS, LPC. Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling; BA in Interdisciplinary Studies (Early Childhood Education & Psychology).

Seth Hardy, JD, MA, LPC, MFTC

Licensed Professional Counselor
Trauma-informed Attachment-based Couples & individuals

My therapeutic calling is trauma work — and all the ways unhealed trauma ripples through our lives, from anxiety and depression to the patterns we act out in our closest relationships. Together, we build coping strategies for the symptoms while gaining insight into the wounds beneath, moving toward lasting change, acceptance, and resolution.

I love helping people challenge generations of maladaptive family patterns and take healthier paths in their relationships — witnessing clients "rewrite the script" of their childhood attachment trauma, solo or with a trusted partner. As a former attorney, I bring an added lens of problem-solving and advocacy to the work.

Credentials: JD, MA, LPC, MFTC, NCC. Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor in Colorado; former Colorado-licensed attorney.
