A Good Faith Estimate of expected costs is available to all clients in line with the No Surprises Act.
All of our clinicians are in-network with the plans below. If you don't see your plan listed, reach out — we're happy to talk through self-pay options and provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement where available.
If you have Cigna, Aetna, Kaiser Permanente, UnitedHealthcare, or CCHA Medicaid, we'll verify your benefits before your first session and bill your plan directly. Any copay or coinsurance is your responsibility, and we'll let you know what to expect upfront.
You can still see us on a self-pay basis. On request, we can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Under the federal No Surprises Act, clients who aren't using insurance are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs. We provide this in writing so there are no surprises.
We'll go over accepted payment methods during onboarding. Fees are due at the time of each session unless otherwise arranged.
We're glad to help you understand your options before you commit to anything.
