Services — Couples & Relationship Therapy

Couples & Relationship Therapy

A supportive space to understand the patterns beneath recurring conflict — and decide, together, what you want your relationship to become.

Are you and your partner having the same fights over and over, with no resolution? Do you find yourself reacting in ways that surprise you — saying or doing things and not quite knowing where they came from?

You're not broken, and neither is your relationship. The relationship you witnessed growing up becomes your blueprint — for better or worse — for how to love and be loved. Those early lessons are deeply ingrained, and they shape our expectations long before we're aware of them.

This might be for you if…

  • The same argument keeps resurfacing in different forms
  • You feel more like roommates than partners
  • Communication breaks down faster than you can repair it
  • A betrayal, transition, or loss has shaken your connection
  • You want to feel close again — and rebuild trust and intimacy

How we work together

In therapy we work to identify what's coming from "you" versus what's coming from unconscious expectations rooted in childhood. Once those expectations are out in the open, you can examine them together — and consciously decide what you both actually want from your relationship going forward.

Our approach is rooted in attachment theory and the power of relationship itself. We help you slow down the cycle, understand each other's inner world, and replace reactivity with understanding.

Relationships of all genders, sexual orientations, and relational paradigms are welcome here.

Attachment-based

We map the bonds and templates shaping how you each show up — and gently reshape the ones causing pain.

Trauma-informed

Old wounds often surface in our closest relationships. We hold them with care and safety.

Inclusive & affirming

Every kind of partnership is honored here, without judgment or assumption.

Neurodivergent aware

We understand how neurodivergence can shape connection, communication, and needs between partners.
